1. Definitions

• "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Clickprint.ng
• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual or entity accessing our services
• "Services" means printing, branding, product customization, and related offerings provided via www.clickprint.ng

2. Use of Website

• Users must be at least 18 years old or use the site under parental/guardian supervision.
• You agree not to misuse the website, upload malicious code, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Clickprint.ng reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice for violating these Terms.

3. Ordering & Payment

• All orders are final once placed and confirmed.
• Payments must be made in full via our approved online payment gateways.
• We are not responsible for payment delays due to bank or third-party gateway issues.

4. Designs and Artwork

• Customers are responsible for uploading accurate, print-ready artwork.
• If our design services are used, you must approve the final proof before production begins.
• We will not be liable for printing errors on artwork approved by the customer.

5. Production & Delivery

• Standard production time is 3–5 business days. This may vary depending on the product and quantity.
• Shipping timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or external factors (e.g., weather, strikes).
• Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch. Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided production has not started.
• Refunds are only issued if an order qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the site (logos, designs, text, software) is the property of Clickprint.ng and protected by copyright laws.
• Customers retain ownership of designs submitted but grant us a non-exclusive license to use for production and promotional display.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clickprint.ng shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Errors caused by customer-submitted content

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service/product in question.

9. Privacy

Your use of this site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
