Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, you may be eligible for a return or replacement under the following conditions:

• The print quality does not meet the approved artwork or specifications

All claims must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or personalized products where errors were due to incorrect information submitted by the customer
• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Orders delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather disruptions)
• Products approved via proof or print-ready files submitted by the customer

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and attach photos of the item received
3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 24–48 business hours
4. If eligible, we will arrange for a replacement, reprint, or partial/full refund at our discretion

Note: In some cases, we may request the return of the original item.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment and may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

If a reprint or replacement is offered, a refund will not be processed unless agreed otherwise.

5. Shipping Costs

• For approved return or replacement requests due to our error, Clickprint.ng will cover all associated shipping costs.
• For issues caused by customer error, shipping costs for reprints or replacements may apply.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided production has not started. After this window, the order is considered final and non-cancellable.
